In the unlikely event of wishing to return your FRARLIBETH piece, please send an email to info@frarlibeth.com stating your name, order number and reason for return. Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Your return request will be responded to within 24 hours after sending. Please note, return postage fees (including taxes/customs) will need to be covered by the customer. Please use a reliable tracked postage service when sending your order back to FRARLIBETH to ensure a safe return. As soon as your return has been received by FRARLIBETH, your refund will be processed. 

To exchange your design for another size, please follow the returns process to send the garment back to FRARLIBETH and make a separate order for the new size/design you wish to order. 

As a small independent brand, it is not feasible at the moment for FRARLIBETH to cover returns fees. Please use a reliable tracked postage service when sending your order back to FRARLIBETH to ensure a safe return.

Once your return has been received by FRARLIBETH, it will be checked first to ensure it meets the refund criteria. Once your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed. Your refund can take between 7-10 working days to process and appear in your account. 

All UK orders are complimentary! There will be a postage fee if you wish to make a return. 

Orders will be shipped via DHL or Royal Mail. Orders will approximately take 1-3 days to be delivered. If you wish to receive your order by a specific date, please do get in touch via email info@frarlibeth.com 

For PRE-ORDER pieces, the delivery time frame will apply AFTER your garment has been made. The current lead time for PRE-ORDER garments to be made is between 4-6 weeks. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email with a tracking number.

International shipping charges will vary depending on the country you are ordering from. Shipping will be calculated at the checkout stage, however you may get in touch via email prior to placing your order for a shipping cost calculation. Please email info@frarlibeth.com

International orders will take between 7-10 days to be delivered.

Orders made from outside of the UK may be subject to customs and tax fees. These charges are to be covered by the customer. You may check these charges prior with your local customs office. If you reject the delivery, the order will be posted back to FRARLIBETH and a refund will be issued. The initial postage cost will be deducted from the refund. 

Please note if you wish to return your FRARLIBETH piece once it has been delivered to you, customs charges and shipping will not be refunded.
